What if I am not a full member?
Unfortunately, you won't be able to earn
parenting points but we still want your wisdom. Use the links below to share
your tips and tools of parenting. By doing so, you give us the right to
redistribute and use the information in and for the ParentingToolbox.com. Of
course if you join, you get to see what you've done and get some points...
How To Write About Your Skills:
1.
Email us your
"skill." Keep it brief. Three or four sentences is plenty.
2. State the topic that you are sharing your
skills on. It might be about toddlers, discipline, potty training, teenagers,
chores, dealing with ex's, etc. Give us the web page if you know it or just list
the topic title.
3. Tell us the skill you learned in dealing
with the specific topic. We might edit it to make it fit and by submitting the
skill you give us full rights to use it on the ParentingToolbox.com site
including using the material in paid products and services.
4. Don't forget to tell us your name (we won't
use it unless you tell us it is OK but we will need it to record your points) or
your original email address you used when you joined (some people change emails
often and we logged the original).

Whenever I feed by son I also sit down
with him at the table. This allows him to focus on eating even though it takes a
while for him. When I try to do other things he gets distracted and wants to get
down. I give him some prompts to keep eating but act like I don't really care.
He gets down when he is all down but I give him smaller portions so we are
successful in this area.

How Much Are "My Skills" Worth:
Each individual skill is worth 100 points.
You get 500 points just for being a member.
Give a friend a gift of
full membership and you get an additional 500 points and your friend gets
500 points as a new member.
Different amounts will be announced for special
opportunities and activities as a member of the ParentingToolbox.com
How Do You Redeem Your Points:
Go to our Parenting Points Redemption Page and
click on the product or service you want and email us with your name and
original membership email address. It is a good idea to keep your
own record of points even though we keep them too.
At this time, you must be 18 years or older to
participate. Rewards only involve products or services created by the
ParentingToolbox listed on the redemption page and do not include products of
our sponsors or advertisers.
